Privacy Policy

VantoraPath collects account, business-planning, readiness, and marketplace interaction information needed to operate the platform. Do not submit PHI, patient records, or other sensitive clinical information.

Optional VantoraPath updates signup

You may provide an email address, with optional audience role, state, and practice stage, to opt in to VantoraPath product and site updates, practical practice-building resources, source-linked research and market updates, vendor pricing comparisons, and occasional product or pricing offers. We store your consent wording and version, consent time, signup page, available UTM attribution, and whether your address is active or suppressed. This optional signup does not create a provider account, start an assessment, or enroll you in a paid membership. Authenticated admins may review these records to manage the signup list; exports include active signups only. Signup information is not shared with marketplace vendors through this feature. You may unsubscribe using the public unsubscribe page; suppressed addresses are excluded from active signup status. Campaign email delivery is not currently available through this signup flow.

Do not submit patient information, PHI, sensitive clinical information, or credentials in this signup. It accepts only an email and optional general practice-segmentation fields.

Blueprint intake

The paid Practice Launch Blueprint intake intentionally collects only business-planning selections. It does not accept patient data, clinical notes, diagnoses, insurance/member data, credentials, or sensitive documents. VantoraPath does not claim HIPAA compliance for this service.

Consented uploads and learning

If you choose to submit a general practice-business resource, you must confirm that you have the right to share it, that it contains no PHI or restricted information, and that VantoraPath may use approved de-identified or aggregated observations to improve product research and planning tools. We do not automatically extract uploaded content, train models, or update live recommendation rules from uploads. You can withdraw an eligible upload from your workspace; VantoraPath will remove its stored file and exclude it from future learning review while retaining limited consent and operational audit records where appropriate.

Never upload PHI, patient information, clinical notes, medical records, insurance or member IDs, government IDs, passwords, API keys, private credentials, or sensitive third-party information. This upload area is not presented as HIPAA compliant or safe for patient information.

Vendor sharing

When you submit a request, we share the contact details and assessment summary you consent to share with that independent vendor.

Platform role

VantoraPath is a technology marketplace that organizes practice information and connects users with independent vendors. It does not provide medical care, legal or accounting advice, insurance brokerage, credentialing, or other regulated professional services.
