Terms of Service

VantoraPath provides technology tools for practice planning, workflows, readiness tracking, source-linked decision support, and introductions to independent third-party service providers. Service partners are responsible for their own services, pricing, and communications.

Optional VantoraPath updates

The free updates signup is optional and separate from account creation, the practice assessment, and paid memberships. If you explicitly opt in, we record your email, consent wording and version, consent time, signup page, available UTM attribution, and optional audience role, state, and practice stage. You can unsubscribe at any time; a suppressed address is not treated as an active signup. Newsletter campaign delivery is not currently available through this signup. Do not submit patient information, PHI, sensitive clinical information, or credentials.

Practice Launch Blueprint

The Practice Launch Blueprint — Founding Access is an optional $399 USD one-time implementation-planning service for Florida PMHNP private-practice planning. After purchase, the buyer receives checkout confirmation and VantoraPath follows up manually to schedule a no-PHI planning intake. It does not provide immediate automated workspace access, and it is not clinical, medical, legal, tax, accounting, insurance, credentialing, HIPAA, licensure, or regulatory advice.

Recurring memberships

VantoraPath offers Provider Membership at $79 per month or $711 per year and Vendor Membership at $199 per month or $1,791 per year. A VantoraPath account is required before recurring checkout begins so the checkout intent can be recorded for that account. The hosted checkout purchase does not grant immediate access: VantoraPath must verify the purchase and manually activate recurring membership access. Provider membership does not replace the free practice assessment, and vendor membership does not promise marketplace approval, listing visibility, leads, revenue, outcomes, or services from any independent third party.

Consented practice-business uploads

The optional learning upload area is only for generalized, non-patient operational materials that you are authorized to share. You must not upload PHI, patient information, clinical or medical records, insurance or member IDs, government IDs, passwords, API keys, private credentials, or sensitive third-party information. Authorized uploads may be human-reviewed and may support manually entered, de-identified or aggregated product research and planning observations only after approval. Uploads do not automatically train systems or modify live recommendation rules. You may withdraw a supported upload; this removes the stored file and future learning eligibility, subject to limited consent and operational audit retention.

Information and professional boundaries

VantoraPath does not provide medical or legal advice, make licensing or regulatory determinations, guarantee credentialing or payer enrollment, or guarantee business outcomes. Credentialing features may support workflow, readiness, document organization, application preparation, automation, status tracking, and connections to independent providers; they do not replace a licensing board, payer, regulator, law firm, or qualified professional. Providers pay service partners directly; VantoraPath does not process provider-to-partner payments.

Partner availability

Marketplace availability changes as independent service partners are approved and published. A visible listing is not a legal, clinical, regulatory, or business-outcome endorsement.
