Terms of Service
Vantora provides technology tools for practice planning, workflows, readiness tracking, source-linked decision support, and introductions to independent third-party service providers. Vendors are responsible for their own services, pricing, and communications.
Information and professional boundaries
Vantora does not provide medical or legal advice, make licensing or regulatory determinations, guarantee credentialing or payer enrollment, or guarantee business outcomes. Credentialing features may support workflow, readiness, document organization, application preparation, automation, status tracking, and connections to independent providers; they do not replace a licensing board, payer, regulator, law firm, or qualified professional. Providers pay vendors directly; Vantora does not process provider-to-vendor payments.
